I have a passion for baking and creating delicious cakes and cupcakes in a variety of flavours and designs. I specialise in buttercream cakes and cupcakes. I’m QLS level 2 trained in cake making with the Open College and have certificates in food allergies and intolerances course and level 2 food hygiene for catering course. I set up my business to work around family life and work from home which I love.
I primarily bake 2 to 3 tier, 6”, 7” or 8” cakes. My favourite flavours are vanilla, chocolate, chocolate orange, lemon, mint chocolate, cranberry & white chocolate, caramel, biscoff and hazelnut…though I am happy to take your lead and bake cakes and cupcakes with your favourite flavours. My cake fillings include any flavour jam, white chocolate ganache, milk chocolate ganache, vanilla buttercream, fresh strawberry buttercream, lemon buttercream and more!
